If you are logging in using a user name and password, please follow the below troubleshooting steps.
Step 1:
On the main event login page select "Forgot Password?" from below the "Password" text box.
Step 2:
Enter the email address you used when registering for the event and click the "Send reset link button. You will receive a confirmation that a reset password email has been sent to your inbox.
Step 3:
In your email inbox, you will receive an email labeled "Eventfinity Password Reset". Select the "Reset Password" link from within that email and you will be redirected to a "Reset Password" screen where you can enter a new password. Once this is completed you will be redirected back to the login screen where you can login using the password you have created.
If Logging in with SSO:
Please ensure that you are signing into the appropriate account when attempting to login with SSO. If you completed registration for this event, please ensure that you are using the same account used during registration.
